We act for companies, traders, suppliers and distributors in these dealings, drafting contracts, recovering what they are owed and resolving disputes.<\/p><p>Many businesses depend on commercial agencies, distribution agreements and franchises; we register agencies, draft these agreements and resolve the disputes that arise from them. Our work also covers negotiable instruments such as cheques and bills of exchange, consumer protection and competition.<\/p><p>In debt recovery, we pursue amicable routes first and then the courts, and represent clients in commercial disputes in court and in arbitration.
