We protect them for brand owners, creators and local and international companies.<\/p><p>Before filing, we run clearance searches for conflicting marks, then prosecute the application through to registration and oppose applications for marks similar to the client&#8217;s. We also handle renewals, assignments and licensing, advise on copyright, patents and trade secrets, and draft licensing and technology transfer agreements.<\/p><p>Against infringement, we send cease-and-desist letters, pursue the seizure of counterfeit goods, and bring civil and criminal proceedings to stop the infringement and recover
