We also advise employers on sensitive decisions: termination, end-of-service settlements, restructuring and redundancies, internal investigations and disciplinary action.<\/p><p>Where a dispute arises, we handle the labour complaint at the amicable settlement stage and then the labour claim through every level of the courts to
